Course Description

All real estate licensees who want to renew an active license are required to take a three-hour continuing education course on recent changes in real estate rule and law approved by the Oregon Real Estate Board. (ORS 696.174 and OAR 863-022-0055) This course covers the changes made to Oregon Revised Statute 696 and Oregon Administrative Rule 863. New legislation, advertising regulations and radon are also discussed as they relate to real estate licensees.
