Certified Training Institute is continually expanding its curriculum to include Architects, Builders, Electricians, Realtors, and Engineers. All Schools of Industry are housed under Certified Training Institute. Each school maintains the same excellent level of standards to ensure that the education not only fulfills your requirements but will provide tools that you will use daily in your industry.
Whether you register for a class online or via the telephone, any personal information that you may share with us or any of the colleges we are affiliated with is kept absolutely private. We do not share or sell any part of your information or anything about you.
Personal Information We May Gather
When you register for a class or purchase study materials over the telephone, fax or place an online order, you give us your name, address, telephone number, email address and, in some cases, credit card information. You authorize us to store this information so that we may track your tuition information. All information is stored in a secure database that is not linked to the internet.
Access Time/Limit to Online Courses
Online course access is intended for one student per course. Multiple students are not allowed to take the same course unless special arrangements are approved by the home office prior to beginning the course.
Your online course is accessible 24/7 and is available to you for six months from the purchase date. * Full course completion is required to obtain the course completion certificate.
If you are unable to complete your course within the initial six-month period, an extension may be purchased for a nominal fee, usually one third the individual course price. Please contact our office for more information.
* Exceptions are the Michigan Real Estate 18-Hour CE Packages which are available for three years, and North Carolina courses which are available for 30-days per North Carolina laws.
How We Use Your Information
Since we allow students to retake the class at no charge, we keep a database so as to be able to look up the original class information. Many students misplace the class receipt which is required for retaking a class. By storing your information, we are able to look your original information up ourselves.
Who We May Share Data With
Real Estate Training Institute does not sell or share information with any other source or third party. Your information is kept private and confidential.
Help Us Keep Your Personal Information Accurate
If your personal information changes or you would like to review the personal information we may have on file, please email us with the new information or with an information request at Info@TrainingInstitutesEdu.com. We will need to know which trade, the name registered under, and the month of registration to efficiently look up your information.
Computer Tracking and Cookies
Our websites are not set up to trace, collect or distribute personal information not entered by students. Our site logs do generate certain kinds of non-identifying site usage data, such as the number of hits and visits to our site. This information is used for internal purposes only.
We at Real Estate Training Institute strive to provide an excellent education to our students. It is also very important to us that each student receive exceptional administrative and follow-up support before, during and after their educational experiences. If, however, there is an issue that is causing any grievance, we would appreciate it if the student would first contact us by calling 1-844-842-8274 and allow us to satisfactorily rectify the complaint.
If the student is still not satisfied with how Real Estate Training Institute dealt with the grievance, the student may submit a formal complaint to the State of Michigan, Department of Energy, Labor and Economic Growth, Bureau of Workforce Transformation, Victor Office Center, 201 N. Washington Square, 2nd Floor, Lansing, Michigan 48913.
The following information details our refund policies.
Online Michigan Salesperson and Broker Exam Prep Course
This program is eligible for a refund of the purchase price if the exams are taken but not passed within 60 days of purchase, providing the entire program has been completed. The refund will be less any books that were included in the course as promotional items. Once the refund is approved, access to the program and bonus courses will be deactivated. To obtain a full refund of your tuition, you must submit a copy of your receipt from the course and the failure notice from the exam. If you are not eligible for the full class refund, the Real Estate Training Institute will pay for you to retake your exam up to 6 months from the purchase date of the program. A copy of the original receipt, the exam failure notice(s) and retest registration receipt (if applicable) are required to obtain a refund for the retake.
We encourage our students to call with their questions and concerns and, as always, our staff takes their calls from 9am-5pm EST.
Incorrect Course Purchased: We make every effort to meet the student’s needs. Should a student discover that an incorrect course was purchased, that course will be replaced at their request with the correct course within 7 days of the date of purchase at no charge.
Unused/Unattended Course: Refunds for unused online courses must be requested no later than 7 days from date of purchase.
Exam Refund Policy: If the appropriate package including the exam refund is purchased, Real Estate Training Institute will pay for you to re-take the exam up to 3 times if original exam receipts and failure notices are provided to RETI and practice exams have been completed with a score of 95%.
Access to Refunded Courses: When refunds are made, the course is then deactivated and is no longer accessible to the student.

Guarantees are Void: If your check to any of our schools or instructors was returned with insufficient funds in your bank account or your debit/credit card was denied or charged back.
