- If you were issued your Brokers license prior to July 1, 2014 then you are considered a legacy broker and required to only take the 12 hours of CE every year.
- Brokers are required to complete 12 hours of CE every year from July 1st to June 30th.
- You are not required to complete the CE required before the following June 30th of the year you were licensed in. However, you are required to complete 30 hours of post licensure education within the next 2 years.
